At MoMo, our ever evolving Chef-driven menu is fresh and unique. We use only the highest quality ingredients that are house crafted and locally sourced, (when they don’t come straight from Italy). Our Neopolitan style pizza is made from Farina “00” Italian, wheat flour, hand tossed and baked in a stone hearth, wood fired oven.

The building and interior was designed by Studio 951 and Tammy Vande Guchte of New Age Design. Construction of the building was performed by Manzitto Brothers. Owner, Anthony Bonelli, CPO (Chief Pizza Officer) has been in the food industry for over 30 years. Anthony was previously CEO of The Bonelli Group, and CEO of Restaurant Design and Management, Inc.
Executive Chef, Jonah King, has a culinary degree in Food Microbiology with an emphasis on cheese making. Chef Jonah was previously Sous Chef at The Venue, and Executive Chef at Carmela’s Bistro.
